On the 9th of October, just a few weeks after the Ooni of Ife married his second wife, Olori Elizabeth Opeoluwa Akinmuda, he married his third wife, Olori Tobi Philips.

In a recent post of the new Olori which was gotten via Instablog9ja, she made a recount of how she had asked God for a blessing that would shock people due to a demeaning statement someone made towards her. However, it could be deduced from her writing that her marriage to the Ooni as his third wife is the shocking blessing she asked God for. This recount has gotten several reactions in the comment section of Instablog9ja. While it seems funny to some, some feel she has a right to her belief, and some others are seen tapping into her blessing.
According to her, “…Late July or Early August someone made a statement that struck a Nerve in Me, I kept my cool with a smile…. (this Guy Literally Said “He doesn’t see my Kind of Woman Getting Married, because he thinks I’m too Vavavoom”) “And That Was The Straw That Broke The Camel’s Back” I mean in the past 1year I hadn’t really Questioned God nor Requested any Major thing.
So, I practically promised God that I would share my Public Testimony By Singing and Dancing Every Sunday on Social Media For As Many Sunday’s as It Requires For Him To Grant Me a Gift that will shock people who had said or done Mean things to me. (stating clearly that I don’t know what gift it would be, but that I am Trusting him)…”
Also, Olori Tobi Philips urged people to believe in God and ask for it is stated in the holy book to ask, and those who ask shall receive.
