Micheal B Jordan is an American actor and producer, popularly known for his film role as Erik Killmonger in Black Panther.

The actor who was one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine, as well as Peoples Sexiest Man Alive in 2020, become one of the biggest names in the international movie industry in recent times.

Although Micheal has actually been in the movie industry for a long time but was not popularly known until his role in Black Panther, so here 5 great  Movies by Micheal B Jordan you should see.

 

#1. Black Panther: This is one of my greatest movies of all time, the movie starred the late Chadwick Boseman who played King T’Chala, The Black Panther, and the King of Wakanda, Lupita Nyongo who played Nakia, a former lover of King T’challa and an undercover spy for Wakanda. In the Black Panther, Micheal Jordan established himself as a major star where he played Killmonger, a cousin to T’challa who wanted a wants a piece of the throne Sadly, like most villains, his character died a the end of the movie.

 

#2. Creed & Creed II: In Creed, Michael B. Jordan played Adonis Creed, a boxer who is modeled after Mohammad Ali. Adonis also happens to be the son of Rocky’s former friendly rival Apollo Creed. In Creed, Adonis wants to follow his father’s footsteps and become a champion too. So he goes to Philadelphia in an effort to locate Rocky and make him his trainer. After being reluctant at first, Rocky agrees to be his trainer and begins to shape him into a future world champion.

 

#3. Fruitvale Station: Fruitvale Station tells the real-life story of Oscar Grant, (Micheal B Jordan) a young man from Bay Area who wakes up on New Year’s Eve feeling different. He decides to change and become a better son to his mother as well as a better partner and father. Everything starts out well for him but as the day goes by, he realizes that things aren’t going to be easy for him. However, fate hits hard when BART officers murder him in cold blood at the Fruitvale train station on New Year’s Day. His tragic death ends up impacting Bay Area in a permanent way.

 

#4. Just Mercy: Just Mercy takes us through the journey of lawyer Bryan Stevenson (Michael B. Jordan) as he seeks to help those who have been sentenced or accused wrongly. After coming out of Harvard’s law school, Bryan gets plenty of job offers but he declines them and goes to Alabama to fight for those who have been dealt an unfair blow by the justice system.

#5. Without remorse: Without Remorse tells the story of a US Navy Seal, Senior Chief John Kelly (Micheal B Jordan), whose wife and his entire team were killed by Russian FSB operatives. Kelly kills all but one of the attackers before being rushed to the hospital with near-fatal wounds. Healed from his injuries, Kelly tracks down the Russian diplomat, who issued the passports to the FSB operatives, and forces him to give up the name of the surviving assassin before killing him.  Kelly was however Sent to prison for murder, Kelly bargains his way out of the prison to unravel the origin of the entire conflict.
