Nigerian Talented Musician, Davido’s fans have shown some worries over his inability to gain any international recognition.
This comes after Burna Boy won Best International Act at the Bet Awards for the third time in a row
RNN recalled that The African Giant has won the Best International Act category for the third time in a row. He won it at the 2019 and 2020 BET Awards.
The Grammy winner was nominated alongside Wizkid, Diamond Platnumz of Tanzania, Emicida of Brazil, Headie One Young T & Bugsey of the United Kingdom, Youssoupha and Aya Nakamura from France.
The BET Awards is an American award show that was established in 2001 by the Black Entertainment Television network to celebrate African and African Americans in music, acting, sports, and other fields of entertainment over the past year.
Amidst all these Burna boy winnings, none of Davido’s songs has gained international recognition and this has raised concerns among his fans.
