3 Nigerians who have shown interest in cook-a-thon

The cooking marathon which is also known as cook-a-thon has become a popular phenomenon and sensation among people of different races who had attempted both in the past and present to break and set a record. Meanwhile, most importantly, the popularity of cookathon grew and became a worldwide sensation when Hilda Bacil the chef from Nigeria attempted to break the previous record by cooking for 100 hours.

Although, the Guinness World Record which serves as the body overseeing such challenges is said to be in the phase of verifying the claims and checking facts straight to see that Chef Hilda actually completed the hours she claimed to have used in making her cooking marathon without faulting any rules which may disqualify her from becoming a world breaker.

Hilda Bacil has served an epitome of strength and encouragement to people all over the world but most especially, youths in Nigeria who had also dreamed of participating in the Guinness record-breaking challenge to come out of their shells with the strength and grace to take up the challenge to and attempt breaking a world record.

Among Nigerian youth who have also indicated interest to break a record are these three who also wish to break the record in the cook-a-thon categories, although, with some odd reception from people who claim they are doing it for the clout, anyways, these three have made their intentions know and one of them is actually in the business already

3 Nigerians who have shown interest in cook-a-thon

1. Chef Dammy an undergraduate student from Ekiti State, is currently cooking for 12o hrs.
2. Temitope Adebayo known as Tope Maggie from Ogbomosho, Oyo State plans to cook for 140 hrs 20 min.
3. Stephanie Willz from Enugu State has also stated her intention to cook nonstop for 200 hours.

4 Other Nigerians who plan to break a Guinness World Record in other categories

1. Sultan “Hack Sultan” Akintunde, plans to set the Guinness record for the longest period of continuous software coding.
2. Woli Arole, wants to pray for 5000 hours, that’s about 208 days.
3. Oyinlola Mewu, attempt to paint continuously for the longest period of time.
4. Israel Adebiyi, plans to break the record for the longest movie marathon.
