Social media comedian Carter Efe has defeated street artiste Portable by unanimous decision to win the celebrity boxing title at the Chaos in the Ring 4 event in Lagos.
Efe dominates all three rounds
The bout, held at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, saw Efe control the fight from start to finish.
All three judges scored the contest 27-30 in his favour, handing Portable his first defeat in celebrity boxing.
Portable loses unbeaten record
Portable came into the fight unbeaten, having previously defeated Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington to win two belts.
He had earlier expressed confidence in securing a third title before the bout.
“I will use you to collect my third belt,” he had said ahead of the fight.
Pre-fight talk turns reality
Efe, however, dismissed Portable’s confidence and predicted a dominant performance.
“One punch and you fall,” he said before the match.
His performance in the ring backed up that confidence.
Fight breakdown shows clear control
Portable started aggressively in the opening round, throwing wide punches, but Efe absorbed the pressure and responded with calculated counterattacks.
In the second round, Efe settled into rhythm, landing cleaner combinations while Portable struggled to connect.
The final round followed a similar pattern, with Efe maintaining control until the end.
The victory ends Portable’s reign and confirms Carter Efe as the new celebrity boxing champion.
