Yomi Fabiyi breaks silence as Baba Ijesha is granted bail

Actor and human activist, Yomi Fabiyi, has broken the silence following the news of the bail of the child molester, Baba Ijesha

Recall that the popular actor, Baba Ijesha, has been in police custody since April, and ever since then, the human activists, Yomi Fabiyi stood solidly behind Baba Ijesha.

According to Yomi, Baba Ijesha should be granted bail for a fair hearing.

The news of Baba Ijesha bail was earlier disclosed by his lawyer, Adeshina Ogunlana that the actor was granted bail due to his bad health condition, which he also said the bail was yet to be fulfilled because the conditions for the bail have not be met

The bail conditions listed by the lawyer for Baba Ijesha’s release are two reliable sureties – one of them must be a level 10 officers, a direct blood relation, and an N500,000 bail bond in like sum.

Therefore, the human activist, Yomi Fabiyi in a post shared on his Instagram page reacted to the news of the bail

He wrote;

“Abuja loun pe bi. Human Rights is Key. There can NEVER be true JUSTICE if the human rights of suspects, complainant violated. Rights which include Fair Hearing and strict adherence to the RULE of LAW. Do more on Human Rights, then Nigeria will develop and be peaceful”
