Music executive Ubi Franklin has said singer Kizz Daniel has one of the biggest real estate portfolios among Nigerian artists, describing the singer’s property investments as substantial despite his relatively quiet public profile.
Franklin made the remarks during an appearance on The KK Show – Key to Keys, a podcast focused on Nigerian real estate and wealth creation. The comments were recirculated on August 25, 2026.
Kizz Daniel’s Property Investments
Franklin specifically identified Kizz Daniel, whose real name is Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, as an entertainer whose investments in real estate stand out.
“Kizz Daniel has one of the biggest real estate portfolio among Nigerian artists, but he doesn’t make noise about it,” Franklin said.
He described the singer’s portfolio as “huge” and said Kizz Daniel was one of the artists whose property holdings he could confidently speak about.
Other Nigerian Artists Investing in Property
Franklin also mentioned Flavour and Phyno as musicians with significant real estate holdings, while noting that Davido has solid property investments.
He added that he had heard of properties linked to Burna Boy, stressing that successful musicians often invest quietly despite the public focus on their music, lifestyle and entertainment careers.
“All I’m saying is, as much as these guys are playing, it doesn’t mean they are not investing,” Franklin said.
Real Estate as Long-Term Wealth
The music executive said property investment provides entertainers with a form of long-term financial security beyond their music careers.
Reports from the period of the original interview, around September 2025, indicated that Franklin discussed some celebrity property holdings in the multi-billion-naira range, although the exact values and extent of individual portfolios are difficult to independently verify.
Kizz Daniel has previously been linked in media reports to properties in Lagos, Abuja and Dubai, with more recent reports also associating him with a property purchase in Zanzibar. However, the full size and value of his private real estate portfolio have not been independently established.
Franklin’s comments have renewed online discussion about how Nigerian entertainers are converting music earnings into property and other long-term assets, with Kizz Daniel’s relatively private approach drawing particular attention.
