2021 NECO Results Released – See How To Check Yours

The management of the National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of the 2021 Senior School Certificate Examination.
This was made known by the NECO Registrar and Chief Executive Officer, Dantali Wushishi while addressing Newsmen in Minna.
Wushishi disclosed that 1,233,631 candidates registered for the examination out of which 1,226,631 actually sat for it.
He further explained that a total of 945,853 candidates obtained five credits and above including English Language and Mathematics while 1,094,291 candidates also obtained five credits and above irrespective of English Language and Mathematics.
Speaking on the rate of examination malpractice, Wushishi admitted there was a slight improvement. He noted that the 2021 examination recorded 20,003 cases of malpractice, representing 1.63 per cent, whereas 33,470 representing 2.63 percent cases were recorded in 2020.
He said the reduction in the level of malpractices was a result of deepened monitoring of the examination by members of the governing board, management and senior staff of the council.
Candidates could now access their results on NECO website.

- Visit the Official Neco Result Checking Portal
- Select Your Exam Year and Type
- Enter Your Token and Registration Number in their respective boxes
- Click the Check Result Button and Voila!

NOTE: If you are using “Awaiting Results” for admission this year, you must upload your NECO result to JAMB portal and to your desired institution portal in order to be considered for admission.
