Popular Nigerian artist 2face Idibia has posted a question on social media asking why ladies cannot use sanitary pads for free in public restrooms. The singer wanted to know why sanitary towels were not provided for free in public areas but toilet paper was. Both were employed for natural problems, in his opinion, and he was confused as to why only one was usually available.
