A Nigerian comedian and alleged former record label boss to Nigerian singing sensation, Rema, has called out the singer for being an “ingrate”.

The alleged Boss took to Instagram to share throwback photos of himself with the singer, Pikolo claimed that Rema’s music career started way before he claims it did and that he featured in that time.

According to Pikolo, he invested his hard-earned money on the singer during his days of humble beginnings, and at a time, he even almost lost his life while shuttling between Benin and Lagos just to promote the young singer.

Meanwhile, in other news, on Saturday the 22nd of May 2021 Nigeria music lovers went frenzy as the former Mo’Hits Records stars were spotted performing at Ikechukwu wedding.

Mo’Hits Records (popularly called Mo’Hits) was a Nigeria-based music record label owned by D’banj and Don Jazzy. The Record Label was founded in 2006, signing D’banj as its first recording artist. Don Jazzy was the CEO/President of the label and D’banj was the Co-Owner. The label went on to sign other artists including Wande Coal, Dr SID, D’Prince and K-Switch. The label specialized in Afro-beat.

However In March 2012, Don Jazzy confirmed using his Twitter account that D’banj had left the group. D’Banj’s reason for leaving was cited as difference in interests.

Don Jazzy went on to establish another record label known as Mavin

At Ikechukwu’s wedding, The Mo’Hits stars were spotted thrilling guests with their performance together as a group.

Dbanj was his ever energetic self, Wande Coal belted out his sweet vocals while Don Jazzy continued to dance and enjoy the fun of the occasion.
