A physics teacher in Scotland, identified as Kirsty Buchan has resigned after students discovered her OnlyFans page– a side hustle she said she needed so she could raise cash for her sick son.

Kirsty Buchan, 33, of Coatbridge, quit her job at Bannerman High School this week after her X-rated content was uncovered, but defended her after-hours gig on the adult site‼️

“Some people are saying I must be mad to go from being a physics teacher to selling nude photos online,” the busty Buchan told the Scottish news outlet. “But it has become very clear to me that I was insane to stick at that job for six years under the strain that I was facing every day.”

“I was staying up until 1 a.m. doing extra unpaid work and the stress was unbelievable. I was crying my eyes out at my situation and I didn’t know which way to turn,” the teacher continued.

She told the Daily Record that her 11-year-old son is waiting for an operation after he developed a serious stomach ailment.

Buchan said she had heard about other teachers making as much as £50,000 – about $60,000 — a month on OnlyFans.

“I have bills to pay and a mortgage and it wasn’t even a difficult decision. Glasgow City Council has come out and said they were going to discipline me but they were never going to get the satisfaction of that,” she told the Daily Record.

“I feel like a huge weight is off my mind now that I have told them what to do with their job,” she snapped.

The former physics teacher also placed the blame on the parents, blaming them for failing to prevent their kids from accessing pornographic websites.

“Some people are being so judgmental but I am on an 18+ site and if the kids get access to the content then that is down to the parents failing to protect their devices,” Buchan told the Scottish Sun.

“Who are others to judge? It’s my story to tell. I will do anything to provide for my son. How many parents can say they can do that?” she said.

“Now people have asked me if I am being stupid, but I am not stupid, I have a physics degree and worked hard. I could go to my work and not be respected by my bosses or I can post pictures and make money to provide for my son. To me, that is using my brain,” Buchan told the outlet.

The woman said she also has gotten messages of support from students and teachers over her salacious side gig.

“I’ve had people saying it’s my body and my decision what I do with it. And that’s the bottom line. I’m not ashamed of my body and I discussed all this with my boyfriend before I made the decision to open the account on OnlyFans,” she told the Daily Record.

“I’m not turning into someone who’s having sex left, right and center because I am in a serious, monogamous relationship and I’ve simply made a career choice that breaks no laws,” Buchan added.

She also complained about getting “a lot of sexism just by being a physics teacher operating in a male-dominated world. And I will get it because of what I have now chosen to do,” she said.

“But people are just being misogynists if they put me down for this. And I bet half of them are women who are jealous because they wouldn’t be able to succeed at it themselves,” she said.
