Biography
Natasha Henstridge was born on the 15th of August, 1974 in Springdale, Newfoundland and Labrador. Her mother, Helen Henstridge was a homemaker while her father, Brian Henstridge was a construction manager and business owner. Natasha Henstridge grew up in Fort McMurray, Alberta alongside her younger brother, Shane.

Modelling Career
When Natasha Henstridge was 14, she enrolled in the Casablanca Modeling Agency’s Look of the Year contest and became the first runner-up. She then travelled to Paris the following year to pursue her modelling dreams. At the age of 15, she was featured on her first magazine cover, the French edition of Cosmopolitan. Afterwards, she was featured on several other magazine covers and also went on to do TV commercials for Olay, Old Spice, and Lady Stetson. When her modelling career became solid enough, Natasha Henstridge started doing commercials and confirmed she preferred acting.
