Prince Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye was born on August 23, 1961. He earned a BA Honors in English and Literary Studies from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria (formerly known as University of Ife) in 1982. Additionally, he obtained a Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Ibadan in 1987.
