Meet Jeremiah Fufeyin, The Billionaire Prophet In Delta State.
Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, also known as the billionaire prophet is the founder and head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM) in Delta State.
Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, popular known as the billionaire prophet was recently in the news again for his donation of 1.5M to assist the veteran Nollywood actor Clem Ohameze after a successful surgery
Recall that the veteran actor, Clem Ohameze had been confined to a sickbed for almost two years, after he was involved in an accident, which had damaged his lower and upper limbs pushing him to take to the internet in search of financial assistance.
The attention of the prophet was called to the plight of the actor, and he offered the actor N8 million for payment of the surgery and another sum of 1.5M to aid his recovery process.
Before that, the Warri based Prophet had been in the news for his various charity acts, during the peak of the COVID-19, he donated about N10 million to the charity organisation of Popular Abuja based Prophet, Joshua Iginla.
In December 2021, he donated a sum of  N40m to widows of fallen Nigeria Heroes whose husbands died in the line of active duty after training them in their various chosen vocational skills.
Who is Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin
Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, also known as the billionaire prophet is the founder and head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM), in Warri, Delta State.
He was born on the 15th of February 1972 in Burutu, Warri, Delta State. He was the 22nd child out of the thirty-six children of his father, late Livingston Stevenson Toboukeyei Fufeyin.
He had his primary school education at Zuokumor Primary School in Burutu L.G.A of Delta State between 1981 and 1986 and his secondary education was at Gbesa Grammar School Ojobo, between 1986 and 1992.
After his secondary education, he ventured into several businesses to make ends meet but encountered Jesus on his quest to make a living for himself. He converted to Christianity and joined the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (M.F.M.)
To develop his relationship with God, he founded the Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM) on the 3rd of April 2010.
With a congregation of over 100,000 members and a multibillion naira auditorium, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry has grown to be one of the biggest Mega Church in Nigeria
Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin is married to Anthonia Fufeyin and they have five children. His Ministry was valued to be worth over 15 Billion Naira.
Donation and Charity
Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin despite being heavily criticized for his loud acts of charity believes that people must do their little bit of good wherever they find themselves; as the acts put together could overwhelm the world and make life easy and better for someone out there.
The Prophet reportedly donated a sum of 5 million Naira to one Lagos based Prophet Chris Okafor, He also offered about N1.5 million to outstanding Corp members who served in his church in Warri in 2021
Marlins Television Network made a publication last year where the Billionaire Prophet donated about N800 million to the less privileged in the heat of the COVID-19 pandemic,
He insisted that Nigerians have given so much to the church and that it was only fair that wealthy pastors give back in these trying times.
The statement said the Prophet had earlier assisted the Federal Government and members of his church with about N300 million last year, bringing his total donation to N1.2 billion in a few months.
Aside from his donations to certain individuals the Prophet also has a foundation called The Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation whose aim is to be one of the leading philanthropies in Africa by empowering disadvantaged families and communities.
Under the foundation is the Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Skill Center whose mission is to train people in core vocational areas, business and the kind of leadership that builds successful enterprise.
Fufeyin Acqusation centre aims to produce over 3000 skilled individuals yearly, and over 100,000 in the next 20 years and contribute over $20 billion in revenue to the economy.
Prophet Jeremiah who seems tirelessly focused on changing the negative narrative amongst clergymen in the country insists that men Of God in Africa, especially Nigeria must show love and set a good pace of love amongst clergymen in the country.
