He was born on the 11th of September 2021 1991 in Long Beach, California as Trinidad Angelo Marin Rivera but changed his first name to Michael while trying to create a legacy for his own self.

Michael’s Father, Jose Trinidad Marin, was a former restaurant manager. He was sentenced to 31 years to life in prison for sexually abusing his daughters Chiquis and Jacquie Rivera, as well as his sister-in-law, Rosie when they were still children.
Jenni Rivera got married to Jose in 1984 and they had three children, which included Micheal but the couple got divorced in 1992 when Michael was just one year old.
Micheal has other two siblings Jenicka and Juan Angel were born as a result of his mother’s second marriage to Juan Lopez.
Personal life
Despite being Jenni Rivera’s son, Michael Marin Rivera began to make headlines after he was arrested for petty vandalism in 2013 but released on a $1,000 bond. Prior to his arrest for petty vandalism, Micheal was charged with molestation in 2010 and he pleaded guilty to sex with a minor as he was 19 and the girl was 16.
There is no information on Michael’s current relationship but he was once in a relationship with Drea Ibarra. The couple dated for a period of two years (2011-2013) and also have a daughter named Luna Amira Marin Ibarra, who was born on 28th August 2012.

Aside from his rough and patchy adolescence, Michael Marin Rivera is a talented reality TV star. He featured on “The Riveras” a family-based reality TV show that featured Jenni Rivera’s kids pursuing their dreams and honouring their mother’s legacy. The show was however cancelled on 24th September 2020.
Before starring on The Rivera’s Michael appeared on “I Love Jenni” another Family-based reality TV series that was aired from 2011 to 2013 and “The Real” in 2017
Aside from being a Reality TV Star, Michael Marin Rivera is also a popular muralist and goes by the moniker, “Michelangelo”.
As a muralist, Micheal has painted a ton of amazing murals, and one of his notable moments as a creative artist was when he created a beautiful portrait of his mother on the side of a building in North Long Beach, California, where he and his siblings grew up.
Despite the death of Jenni Rivera, Her children have maintained a close and blissful relationship with each other, They have continued to connect and support one another without letting their mother’s memory fade.
