Man Reveals How Wizkid Paid For His Mother’s Surgery

A Nigerian man identified as David Anthony has revealed how Wizkid paid for his mother surgery and not going public about it.

David took to The microblogging platform, Twitter, to thank the Wizkid for his caring and generous gesture.

David claims that Wizkid made his year by paying for his mother’s operation because she is his entire world and he felt trapped when he couldn’t come up with the finances.

He wrote; “Omo I can’t keep my cool mehn This man @wizkidayo just made my yearrr!! Love you like crazy broo!! Damn, he paid for my mother’s surgery! I Dey speechless Mann! I felt helpless mannnn!! That woman is my world

And n***as be wondering why big bro so blessed!!God bless you more for the things you do, that you don’t brag about!! @wizkidayo”

This Is not the first time the singer is carrying out such an act without bringing the attention of the media to it.

In 2018, Wizkid took responsibility for the education of a young Nigerian boy named Basit, then a vulcanizer who was recorded singing his hit song.  He also paid and for the surgery of paralysed fan in 2017.

The Singer has been in the spot light for quite a while now due to the recent success of his last album, “Made In Lagos” and the hit Single “Essence”

Aside from topping several Billboard charts and bagging several certifications, The singer has also received multiple nominations  from prestigious awards, such as the Grammys,MOBO award, AFRIMA and the likes.
