Ikechukwu Mitchel Ogbonna, professionally known as IK Ogbonna was born in Abia State, the southeastern part of Nigeria on 1 January 1984. He was born into a family of 4 children and is the 2nd child with three siblings.
After his primary and secondary education, he proceeded to UNIJOS where he obtained a degree in Sociology. Also in 2022, he was honored with a doctorate degree from the Institut of Superieur De Technologies Et De Management (ISTM University).
However, IK Ogbonna began his acting career in Rucky Sanda’s movie titled “Lovelorn” in 2013. Also, he was in the movie Playing Safe alongside Tonto Dikeh and Ini Edo. Though he did not start his acting career in a big way currently he is one of the outstanding actors in the industry.
