How to Stop Excessive Farting.
There’s is no need to worry about your farting but if you feel embarrassed and uncomfortable about how regular you pass out farts from your body here is a few steps on how to stop excessive farting.
Farting is a sign of good living, it is a natural part of the digestion cycle and a sign that a person’s digestive system is working as it should, however, when Farting becomes excessive it becomes disgraceful and embarrassing.
Healthy people are expected to fart between 5 – 15 times per day and  Most farts do not smell and are not noisy, and so they go unnoticed.
There’s is no need to worry about your farting but if you feel embarrassed and uncomfortable about how regular you pass out farts from your body here is a few steps on how to stop excessive farting.
1. Avoid taking gas-producing foods
If you want to reduce or stop excessive, one important thing to do is to avoid food that produces gas, food such as carbohydrates, fruits & vegetables. Reducing the intake of these foods will help you stop excessive farting.
2. Excercise
Regular exercise helps keep the digestive system in good shape. A gentle walk after large meals can also help kick the digestive system into action and move the food along smoothly, therefore, taking away the need to fart.
3. Drink a Lot of Water
One of the simplest to reduce is excessive farting is drinking a lot of water after eating, this water makes it easier, drinking water help food digest easily and also make body waste pass smoothly through a person’s digestive system.
4. Avoid soda and carbonated drinks
Soda and Carbonated drinks contain air bubbles, and a person who drinks a lot of carbonated beverages may find they burp and fart more than others.
5. Treat constipation
One of the major causes of excessive farting is constipation, as the stool that remains in the body for a long period of time begins to ferment thereby producing excessive and offensive gas.
