Nigerian real estate billionaire Mohammed Adah Ochacho, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis, as one of the smallest gifts he intends to give the couple.

Speaking during a livestream that has circulated widely on social media, Ochacho said the luxury property was insignificant compared to what he plans to present in the future.

‘The Smallest Gift I’ll Give Peller’

According to the businessman, the Abuja mansion is only the beginning of his generosity towards the couple.

“That house will be the smallest gift I’ll give Peller. The next one will make them switch off the lights in this country,” he said.

In another clip from the livestream, Ochacho also remarked that the value of the property was modest by his family’s standards.

“₦400 million is just ₦400 to my children,” he said.

Why He Bought the Mansion

The mansion, located in Abuja’s Life Camp area, was presented to Peller and Jarvis during their wedding celebration.

Ochacho explained that the decision was influenced by his children, who wanted the popular content creator to live close to their family because of his positive influence on young people.

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand-new house for you worth ₦400 million in Life Camp. Congratulations, Peller,” he announced during the wedding.
