Popular Nigerian TikTok stars Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, and his bride, Elizabeth Amadou Aminata, better known as Jarvis, received a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja as a wedding gift during their lavish white wedding in Lagos.

The surprise gift was presented by real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, founder of Ochacho Real Homes, in the presence of family, friends and celebrity guests.

King Ochacho Unveils Surprise Gift

Addressing guests during the ceremony, King Ochacho announced the donation of the property, congratulating the newlyweds on their union.

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he declared.

The announcement was greeted with loud applause as the couple embraced on stage, while videos of the emotional moment quickly circulated across social media.

Reports indicate the mansion is located in the upscale Life Camp area of Abuja, close to one of Ochacho Real Homes’ residential developments.

Promise Fulfilled

The gift fulfilled an earlier promise King Ochacho reportedly made months ago during the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he assured Peller he would support his marriage with a substantial financial gift.

Peller and Jarvis began their wedding journey with an engagement in Ghana in June 2026 before holding their traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State. They later formalised their union with a civil wedding in Lagos before hosting the grand white wedding.

Celebrity Guests and Luxury Gifts

The wedding, which trended online under the hashtag #JP2026, attracted several celebrities, entertainers and content creators, including Zinoleesky, Daddy Freeze, Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Cute Abiola, Nons Miraj, Cubana Chief Priest, Juma Jux and Priscilla Ojo.

The Abuja mansion was the highlight of several expensive gifts reportedly presented to the couple. Other reported gifts included a plot of land in Abuja valued at ₦150 million and a $20,000 cash gift from American entrepreneur Gregory Pizarro Jr.

The celebration was also livestreamed, allowing thousands of fans to witness one of Nigeria’s biggest influencer weddings of 2026.
