1. Okwy Chukwujekwu
Emerging Nollywood and comedy actor Okwy Chukwujekwu, well as bossman passed away in September 2018. He passed away as a result of an asthma attack when a movie was being filmed nearby. A few weeks after his unexpected death, he was laid to rest.
The late actor was deemed as one of the greatly talented funny entertainers in Nigeria. His dress and attitude in films put watchers in a state of laughter. He frequently plays the lead in satirical movies and is quite good at understanding his lines.
2. Alkali Matt
Nollywood actor, Alkali Matt, better known as Dareng, died while filming on-site on 24th March 2020. Alkali Matt died at approximately 7 o’clock in the evening when he was working on a set for an epic movie in a village close to Keffi. According to Dimbo Atiya, who posted the sad news of his passing on Facebook. Alkali Matt is well-known for playing Dareng in the African Magic television series “Halita.” However, notorious journalist, Kemi Olunloyo said the actor died because he made touch with someone who tested positive for Coronavirus during the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award.

Talented Nollywood actor Clem Onyeka was killed by a stray bullet on October 14, 2014, during a crossfire between the Nigerian police force and armed robbers in Asaba, Delta State. As a result of the incident, all banks operating in Asaba shut down operations.

Ezeora Nelson Oluchukwu, often known as Nelson Gold, appeared unexpectedly in his prime. While working on a movie shoot, he passed away. Actor Harley Akpo from Nollywood passed away in 2019 during filming. In addition to being an actor, Harley Akpo also worked as a scriptwriter and director. He passed away while filming a scene in a swimming pool in Asaba, Delta State in the southern region of Nigeria. He was shooting a movie with other crew members at a site in Asaba, Delta State when he fell into the pool and died, according to a story in the Sun newspaper from 2019. Because he was unable of swimming, Harley Akpo perished. He drowned and later passed away in a pool.

Nollywood actor J.T. Tom West unexpectedly perished in a vehicle accident on September 28, 2006, in Lagos, Nigeria, while filming an action thriller movie. Due to his roles in action thriller movies, the gifted actor was referred to be one of Nigeria’s most tough performers during his time in Nollywood. J.T. Tom West passed away in 2006. The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) buried him and paid tribute to him as a great icon of Nollywood. He passed away mysteriously and tragically on his way home from the filming location.

As the greatest, most-honored, and most-talented comedy actor in Nigeria and a master of ceremonies, Dede One Day is a legendary figure in Nollywood. One of Nigeria’s top comedic performers, Dede One Day (full name: Peter Onwuzurike Onyehidelam), is well-known for his funny comedy films, television series, live performances, and audio tapes. He was reared in the little town of Aba in the state of Abia, which is in the southeast of Nigeria. Dede One Day is from Umuagwuru Mbieri, a little community in Imo State, located in the southeast of Nigeria. Unfortunately, Dede One Day passed away on December 14, 2015, after collapsing after a performance in Aba, Abia State, in the southeast of Nigeria.
