Who is John?

Jorge Hernández Quiles , better known as Juhn the All Star or simply Juhn, is a famous exponent of reggaeton and Latin trap singer who has achieved great musical successes such as Another Rainy Day, Memories, Few Hours, Trust, among others. Juhn was born on February 24, 1992 in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico and is currently considered one of the best singers in urban music.

Beginnings in the life of Juhn

Jorge Hernández Quiles, better known by the stage name of Juhn in the world of musical entertainment; is a singer who was born on February 24, 1992 in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Regarding his origins, we are aware that Juhn comes from a family with humble roots.

At the early age of 9 Juhn  discovered his talent as a songwriter. And a few years later, when he was 12 years old, that’s when he decided to record his first song, which he had written himself.

Juhn  has commented that when he started in Puerto Rico with reggaeton or music of the “urban” genre as it is also known, he was not taken very seriously outside of Puerto Rico. And nowadays, thanks to the rapid diffusion offered by social networks, it can be considered that each Latin American country has its own movement of urban music or reggaetón, which means that this genre is taken more and more seriously within of the world of music. And a palpable consequence of this is the trap, where the music both performed and composed by this talented artist is registered.

It is at the age of 23, around the year 2016, when  Juhn formally ventures into the world of music as a singer, and makes his debut with the song entitled “Ahora me llama”, with which he has caught the public’s attention since the beginning, and they began to identify it with the recent musical style known as Trap.

Due to the evident success of “Ahora me llama” , soon after, this song had a remix in which Juhn collaborated with the artists Noriel, Bryant Myers, Anonimus, Brytiago, and Miky Woodz, with whom Juhn would reach more than 20 millions of views on YouTube, thus becoming a trend.

After the successful song “Ahora me llama”, in 2017 Juhn composed the song known as “Cuatro Babys” which we know was a collaborative work with fellow singer Noriel, both of whom participated in both the composition and in the interpretation.

We are aware that Juhn  also collaborated with great figures related to the reggaeton musical genre such as Maluma and Bryant Myers. We must emphasize that with the release of this song, Juhn reached over 300 million views on YouTube. As additional information about this song, we will point out that it is part of the album Trap Capos: Season 1 associated with the artist Noriel, and even so far it is considered the only trap album that has managed to position itself as the first place in the well-known Billboards. such as Latin Rhythm Albums which include songs in which the artist JuhnHe shows his talent as a composer and singer in songs like “Quieres enamorarme” and “Me pelea”, songs that have millions of views.

It is also during 2017 when, after the song titled “I don’t lie to you”, Juhn brought to light the song known as “Su piquete mata” , in the presentation of which he participated together with the artists Ñengo Flow and Alexio La Bestia. .

Juhn has also been nicknamed “The All Star” for the great success he has achieved in a relatively short time. We know that in recent times he has worked on the preparation of the release of the songs “I do not lie to you” in which he collaborates with the artist  Darell , and also with the artists Darkiel, Jory Boy and Baby Rasta.

Months later,  “Puerta Abierta” was released and in which we could listen to the talented Juhn with Bad Bunny and again with Noriel. We must highlight that in the interpretation of this song, we can appreciate in the music video how Juhn shows his talent to create an innovative and professional rhythm, being under the direction of Rodrigo Films and with the collaboration of The Golden Army .

2017 was a very active year for Juhn , since he also collaborated with the artist Miky Woodz, in the filming of the music video in which the song “My people win” is shown ; and that it would be an important piece of the album known by the title of Before Famous . We cannot ignore the fact that in 2017 he also released the song “Turn off your cell phone”, where we could see him with the collaboration of Bryant Myers.

Since 2017 Juhn began working on the project The Golden Army: Season I, which has in its production those who are considered the creators of the “Trap Capos”, while its executive producer is the artist Ganda Duars; and Santana The Golden Boy is in charge of music production.
