Who are  MCND?

MCND is a South Korean boy band exponents of the Kpop genre made up of Castle J, BIC, Minjae, Huijun and Win who have achieved great musical successes and triumphs since their inception. The K-pop group MCND debuted on February 27, 2020 under the TOP Media agency and currently maintain a successful and rising career as a musical group.

Beginnings of MCND

MCND is a musical group of the k-pop genre made up of pure men, whose names are: Huijun, Win, Castle J, BIC and Minjae.

Its history as a musical group begins in 2016, when Castle J, Huijun, BIC, Yechan, Sangdu and Yunyoung made a trip to the United States with the aim of learning to dance, it was there that they trained for a period of three months in “The Academy”, and later they participated in World of Dance, thus having the beginnings of  MCND.

A short time later, in 2018, Huijun and Minjae were participants in the survival program known as The Fan; while Win and Yechan competed in the reality show titled Under Nineteen, from which Win had to withdraw due to health problems.

This is how we got to the year 2019, when Top Media posted a series of videos on its YouTube channel of each of the group’s members: BIC, Castle J, Minjae, Win, and Huijun a short time later, in the month of In November, a mini YouTube series was released under the title MCND: We’re COMING in LA, for which they traveled to the United States.

During the recording time, the young people prepared their first single entitled “Top Gang”, which they performed on the Music Bank program on the date of December 13. While the music video for this song reached the public on January 2 of last year 2020, one of  MCND’s first great successes.

However, it was not until February 27 that the group MCND made its official debut with the mini album titled Into the ICE AGE along with the release of the video clip for the main theme “Ice Age”. On April 9, 2020, MCND returned with the bold independent single “떠 (Spring),” a lyrically and visually stunning school concept release with its accompanying music video. It marked a stark contrast to its main concept, but sported a familiar youthful energy.

Trajectory and history of MCND

A short time later, on April 9, the guys from MCND  launched the single “Spring”. Later, on August 20, they presented the mini album Earth Age, which consisted of 5 songs, the main single being the song “Nanana” and in mid-2021 they released the single “Crush”, which belongs to the album MCND Age .

About the members of the group, we have that the distribution of the band is as follows: Caste J (real name Son Seong-Jun, born May 31, 1999, as a music leader, main rapper, composer and dancer), BIC (whose real-life name is Nam Seung-Min, born April 25, 2001, who holds the position of lead vocalist, rapper, and dancer), Min Jae (born Song Min Jae on August 23, 2003, is a vocalist, center and dancer), HuiJun (whose name is actually Noh Hui Jun, came into the world on October 7, 2003, he works as a vocalist and dancer) and WIN (real name Bang Jun Hyuk, born in the date of December 19, 2004, is a rapper, maknae, dancer and visual).

Castle J, the leader of the group, is a college theater and film student; he is to our knowledge that he is often nicknamed “Street Boy” and “Dinosaur”. He was the composer of the song “Ninja” which was used in Bang Junhyuk’s Under19 performance. He has also stood out for making remix versions of the songs they presented before their official debut, among which are the songs from: “Dalla Dalla”, “Kill this Love” and “Bad Guy”. He has been interested in the artistic world since he was a child, this is how we know that he was an actor during his childhood.

For his part, BIC is in high school, being one of the youngest in the group, he is usually nicknamed “Smile Boy” and “Racoon”. We know that long before he met the other members of the group, he had already begun to practice the discipline of dance since he was 5 or 6 years old.

On the other hand, Minjae is also in high school, he is nicknamed “Big Baby”, “Baby Lion” and “Cherry Bear”; he joined Top media in 2015, along with Castle J and Huijun.

We cannot forget Huijun, who in the same way is in high school, within the group he is nicknamed “Chick”, and stands out in addition to music in the discipline of taekwondo. We also have Win, who has a favorite facility for rapping, he participated in the Under19, although as we indicated before, he had to leave the competition for health reasons. His nicknames are “Shorty”, “Rascal” and “Puppy”.

How much is MCND’s fortune?

This is one of the questions that people ask themselves the most about MCND and although they always end up answering it on other pages with “I don’t know” or “it depends” if there are some estimates that various web portals mention. However, it is not possible to make an exact calculation about the fortune of this great star that is the MCND group within the middle of the show, even so, more than being interested in the fortune of a person, the important thing is the talent they have and that I have fact that he is among the great figures of the international show business.
