At the end of 2019 they experienced a great scandal because the Wapayasos attended a Gay nightclub in Nezahualcóyotl called ” Spartacus ” where a man drowned with a cucumber , during one of the dynamics carried out by the clowns, where they pretended that “the cucumber” was his erect virile member and the injured man had to put the cucumber in his mouth and take it to a basket on the other side of the stage.

A few hours later, several versions began to leak where it was ensured that the injured person had died and that even the bar itself had taken him out into the street so that he would die outside the bar and not inside so as not to be affected, however in the end it was learned that ” Lalo ” had been treated and had not died, on the contrary, he was recovering in a hospital in Mexico City.

Apparently the young man was attacked in the offices of the owner of the club because when they could not remove the piece of cucumber they tried many maneuvers , they even used ice tongs in order to try to remove the piece that was obstructing his breathing, after several attempts they managed remove a small piece and the man reacted but was breathing with difficulty and contusing himself so they decided to take him to a hospital but they did not want to receive him anywhere because he was in serious condition, until a hospital in Texcoco agreed to treat him and they tried to remove the rest of the cucumber that he did not care for. In the following weeks, various media reported that the man was in a coma and his parents and friends demanded justice because due to the accident he had suffered brain damage for so long that he was unable to breathe. The father of the young man named Arnulfo gave an interview to TV Notas where he said that his son, although she was recovering, also had relapses and that when everything was more stable, they would possibly file a lawsuit against the Wapayasos.
