Michelle Vieth Paetau, better known only as Michelle Vieth, is a famous theater and television host and actress who has excelled in various television projects such as Tu casa TV, La otra cara del alma, Cuidado con el ángel and My little naughty girl. Michelle Vieth was born on November 11, 1978 in Marshalltown Iowa, United States, but it was in Mexico where her career as an actress truly took off.

Michelle Vieth Paetau, better known in show business only as Michelle Vieth , came into the world on November 11, 1978 in Marshalltown, Iowa, United States. At a very young age her family decided to move to Acapulco, in Mexico.

When she was 16 years old and in her first year of high school, a friend invited her to take part in the telenovela Acapulco, cuerpo y alma , by producer José Alberto Castro, where Michelle Vieth participated as an extra. Soon after, she would receive an invitation from the then vice president of Televisa, Valentin Pimstein to participate as an actress in more Televisa projects. This is how she performed a test with Juan Soler.

This same test was evaluated by the committee of executives of the management of the Televisa company, who, being aware of the great promise for the cinema that they had in their hands, did not miss the opportunity to prepare it professionally, and that is how they sent Michelle Vieth  to Televisa’s Centro de Educación Artística (CEA), located in Mexico City, to study acting.

It would be during her stay as a student at the CEA that Michelle Vieth  would meet Pedro Damián, a producer of soap operas aimed mainly at a youth audience, who would invite her to participate in the soap opera that became known as My little naughty (broadcast from the years 1997.1998) where he would have his first leading role (in the skin of the character of Julia González) next to the actor Héctor Soberón (who was in charge of interpreting Julio González) where he also shared credits with other stars such as  Arath de la Torre ,  Cecilia Suárez ,  Eleazar Gomez , among others.  

We have to mention that thanks to her excellent performance, Michelle Vieth was the  winner at the TVyNovelas Awards in the category “ best newcomer of the year ”, and the song from the soap opera became a tremendous success.

After her formal acting debut in My Naughty Little Girl ; Around the year 1998, the opportunity to appear in the telenovela that became known as Soñadoras came into her life , where Michelle Vieth  would be in charge of interpreting Lucía de la Macorra and Adriana de la Macorra, once again having a role as protagonist, in this novel he would be participating together with Aracely Arámbula , Irán Castillo ,  Kuno Becker , among others. Later, in the year 1999 we could see her act in Mujeres engañadas with the character, again leading, by Paola Montero.

In 2001, Michelle Vieth  was in the telenovela that was known as Amigas y Rivales , giving life to the main character of Laura González. While the following year, in 2002 and until 2003, she would be as Nadia Castillo Bojórquez, protagonist of the famous telenovela known by the name of Clase 406. We cannot leave aside that it would be in the same year 2003 when she would make her appearance in the television program known as Mujer, casos de la vida real, and in the famous reality show known as Big Brother VIP 2.

The following year, in 2004, Michelle Vieth  would have the role of presenter for Univisión of the Copa América. While she would receive the Bravo Award for Best Television Actress.

A year later Michelle Vieth  would participate in the telenovela that was known under the title of La madrastra in which she gave life to the character of Vivian Sousa. While the following year, in 2006, she received recognition from the Muévete Program in commemoration of her artistic career up to that moment, in the same way that she received recognition for her work as an actress from the government of Acapulco. from Juarez; then she when she was in charge of interpreting the antagonistic character of Karen Farias Rivas del Castillo in the telenovela called Mundo de fieras and she was the host of the Telethon Broadcasts.

And it would be during 2007 when we would see her appear as Pilar for the telenovela Al diablo con los guapos , appearing with other acting figures such as  Eugenio Siller , Maribel Guardia , Ricardo Margaleff , among others . In 2008 Michelle Vieth   gave life to the character of Michelle Phillips in the soap opera known as La traición; and it would be in this same year when she would again have an antagonistic role in the telenovela Cuidado con el ángel, with the character of Ana Julia Villaseñor. We must point out that she would be in this role until 2009, when the telenovela broadcast ended. The following year, in 2009, she received recognition from the Acapulco Secretary of Tourism and the Acapulco Tourism Promotion Trust; but later in 2010 Michelle Vieth made the decision to leave Televisa and go over to the competition TV Azteca , which was a scandal at the time. 

In 2012, Michelle Vieth  was in charge of hosting the television program known as Venga el domingo, at the same time that she was called to be part of the cast of the telenovela known by the title La otra cara del alma with the character of Daniela de la Vega Quijano. We are aware that in this production she had as co-stars the artists Eduardo Capitllo, Jorge Alberti, and Gabriela Spanic to mention just a few.

In April 2021, the program  Las Estrellas Bailan en Hoy premiered on the Televisa morning show.
