Luis Ángel Malagón ,  better known only as Luis Malagón, is a famous Mexican goalkeeper who made his debut in 2016 with Monarcas Morelos and from that moment on his professionalism and sports talent led him to become part of the First Division of Mexico. Luis Malagón was born on March 2, 1997 in Zamora, Michoacán and is currently considered one of the best goalkeepers in the entire country.

The then goalkeeper of the Necaxa Rays Luis Malagón  was off the pitch for three weeks, so he missed the rest of the Pre-Olympic and some days of Guardianes 2021 with the hydrocalids. Later, the Mexican Football Federation announced that the goalkeeper would begin his recovery and would remain with the Pre-Olympic team until the end of the tournament.

In July 2021, the Mexican national team announced the list of players called up to play the 2021 Gold Cup, among them was Luis Malagón , who at that time was having one of his best moments with Necaxa.
