Jesús Alberto Navarro Rojas, better known only as Jesús Navarro in the world of musical entertainment only as Jesús Navarro, was born on July 9, 1986 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.

It is in the year 2005 when Jesús Navarro, also known as Chuy Navarro, signs a contract with the music company Sony BMG to launch the group Reik where he would be the leader and vocalist. And it would be with the date of May 24 of that same year when they would release the album that would be considered their debut, and to which they gave the same name as the band: Reik , about which we know that it was under the production of Abelardo Vazquez and Kiko Cibrian. What we know about this album is that it contains a total of 11 songs in which the genres of pop and ballads predominate  . Later,  Jesús Navarro would take a short break from his group Reik and premiere as a soloist the song that would be known as “Newton’s Law” , which was a duet with the singer Beatriz Luengo. While the following year, in 2013, he released the song ” Magia “, which is also a duet, this time with the singer Rosana. A short time later, in 2015, he also released the song known as ” La malquerida ” as a soloist, where he shared a microphone with the singers Matisse and Cristián Castro.

The following year, in 2016, Jesús Navarro  would release as a soloist the song called “Más que suerte”, which he performed together with the singer Beatriz Luengo but when everyone thought that Reik had already been forgotten, they would release the studio album Des/ Love , we would enjoy his voice as a soloist in the song known as “January”, which was performed together with the artist Miranda.

In 2019 he would release the studio album known under the title of Now , together with the musical group Reik . While as a soloist, we could enjoy his voice together with the singer Natalia Jiménez in the song known as “Nunca es tarde”, later the records would arrive: 20-21, De México and a compilation called “Lo más romántico de Reik” in May 2021.

Reik switches to the urban genre

Until then , Reik by Jesús Navarro had been a Pop Rock music group that had managed to stand out on the music scene with great ballad-type songs, but when the wave of urban music came strongly, Jesús Navarro along with Reik were one of the few Artists who knew how to adapt to this new musical genre that governed the music industry and, contrary to them, staying in its Pop-Rock essence, decided to start making mergers with the greatest exponents of urban music and thus delve a little further into this music genre.

Among the most successful songs that Jesús Navarro together with Reik have consolidated in their new facet as a pop band with urban touches have stood out; “I don’t get used to it” with Wisin and Ozuna, “Beauty and the Beast” with the Morat group, “Bésame” with R3HAB and  TINI , “Enemigos” with  Aitana , “If you tell me yes” with  Camilo and  Farruko , ” Borracho de Amor” in collaboration with Cali and El Dandee, “Yo no sé” with Mati Gómez and Nicky Jam, “Indeciso” with J Balvin & Lalo Ebratt and finally in mid-2021 they released “A un paso de la luna” together with Ana Mena and Rocco Hunt, among others.They have also ventured into other genres such as the song “Poco” with Christian Nodal or even the song “Con la falta que me haces” by Grupo Firme with  Eduin Caz .

In June 2021, La Voz on TV Azteca premiered, this being the third Voz to be broadcast consecutively, since La Voz Kids and La Voz Senior had previously been launched on the same channel and at the same time, so many people were upset. because they did not give time to any of the winners to try a musical career and on the contrary, TV Azteca launched another Voice one after the other. In La Voz 2021 the team of coaches was made up of María José  , who had already been in La Voz Kids and La Voz Senior and for the first time they invited the singers Miguel Bosé , Edith Márquez and Jesús Navarro , vocalist of the group Reik.
