Atala Sarmiento Soler, better known in the world of entertainment only as Atala or Ata Sarmiento , came to the world on December 6, 1972 in Mexico City. Her uncle is the journalist Sergio Sarmiento, and she has television host Rafael Sarmiento as a brother. Thus, it is clear to us that her interest in the world of television is something that runs in the family.

The beginning of the artistic career of the now famous journalist and host Atala Sarmiento  began in 1996, when the television company TV Azteca called her to replace Paty Chapoy to host the program known as En Medio del Espectáculo. , where he would be working from then until 1999.

One of the most notorious moments for her personal and professional life was when Atala Sarmiento  left the “Ventaneando” program, many rumors suggested that she was looking for an opportunity at Televisa but Pati Chapoy assured that she never ran it but that Atala Sarmiento was the one who decided to leave alone because she no longer felt comfortable in the program, this caused a very big scandal because no one would have imagined that  Atala Sarmiento would one day no longer be part of Ventaneando. Later Ella atala Sarmiento appeared in many programs such as that of  Yordi Rosado  where she spoke in more detail about her departure from her window. 

In 2018 he was conducting the Televisa company program known as ” Intruders “. The appearance of Atala Sarmiento in that program and then her definitive incorporation caused a great scandal since it had been rumored that Atala Sarmiento had left TV Azteca to get an opportunity at Televisa and although she had finally denied it if she had an opportunity in the program, however, ” Intruders ” did not last long on the air and after a year it was canceled due to low audience levels.

Atala Sarmiento , not finding other job opportunities in Mexico, decided to go and settle in Spain because her husband had been offered a good job offer, for her part, she opened her YouTube channel and premiered the program ” Personas ” where she would be doing interviews . exclusive to entertainment personalities but after only 4 programs he decided to abandon the project to make way for a new one that was called “Hasta la cocina” but although it started out having a good number of visits they were falling until he finally also abandoned the project.

After the scandal that Atala Sarmiento had experienced with Pati Chapoy in 2018, it was when the 25th anniversary of the “Ventaneando” program was completed that Atala Sarmiento reappeared on the program (although only by video call) to talk about his time on the program, calling the everyone’s attention because they believed that her enmity with Pati Chapoy had completely banned her from TV Azteca, however, both treated each other quite well, demonstrating at least in front of the cameras that there were no problems between them.

In mid-2021  Atala Sarmiento was present at the Imagen Televisión morning show “Sale el Sol” where he shared driving for a few days with  Luz Maria Zetina , Mauricio Barcelata , Carlos Arenas , Paulina Mercado  in the entertainment area and although everyone thought they were would stay, finally it was only a few days.

“Fortunately, David thinks the same as me, because imagine it would have been a drama that one thought one way and the other another, there I do believe that couples have a very brutal disagreement and a very strong clash that could make some couples not do it. overcome, but in our case it was very clear that we were both on the same channel and David was very honest and told me “you and I started this, and at the end of the day you and I are going to finish it too”.

Previously, in 1999, Atala Sarmiento married Alejandro González , from whom she would separate in 2004. After a period of about 5 years without a partner, she decided to give love a second chance and married again, this time with Rodrigo Díaz . in 2009, however, in this relationship she would not find her definitive partner in life either, and that is how in 2011 she made the decision to separate from Rodrigo Díaz.
