American actress, Zoe Perry is best known for her role, Mary Copper on CBS’s Young Sheldon which is the spin-off of The Big Bang Theory . Born to actors Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry, Zoe entered the entertainment industry in 1992 and has appeared in several popular movies and TV shows since then. Zoe Perry was born on September 26, 1984 in the United States to Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry . She was just one year old when her parents divorced. Perry has three half-sisters, Will Roth , There’s a Roth , and Leah Perry . She attended Boston University.
Zoe Perry’s career
Perry began her acting career on the ABC sitcom. Roseanne as a child artist, Jackie Harris, where her mother, Laurie Metcalf, played one of the series’ leads. However, her parents did not want Perry to get involved in acting until she was an adult. She was a shy girl, but after performing at Northwestern University, her confidence increased.
Shortly after graduating, Zoe Perry moved to New York to pursue her career in television and film. After several struggles and auditions, she landed the small role in Law & Order: Criminal Intent but her homesickness led her back to California, where she began acting in theaters.
Both of her parents are familiar faces in Hollywood, but she made a name for herself in the industry. Her mother is proud of what she often mentions in the interview.
