McGuinness is interested in the embodied experience of place and the reimagining of the everyday by designing projects that create surreal and dynamic moments of interaction and connection to place, time and communities. It is an immersive, collaborative and generally temporary work. The work is often a catalyst for generating further narratives for its participants.
