President of Muhammadu Buhari has warned the Nigerian youths to behave themselves and ensure the nation is secured if they want to get the jobs of their dreams in the country.
While featuring in an interview on Arise TV on Thursday morning, he lamented the spate of violence in the country blaming the Endsars protesters for the lack of investments and jobs.
H added that no investor can invest in an unsecured environment, a situation he quite agreed is currently bedeviling the Nation at the moment.
”I told them to tell the youths if they want jobs they should behave themselves, make Nigeria secure so that people can come and invest. Nigeria is resourceful everybody knows that God has really endowed us,” he said.
“About 200 buses bought by the former governor of Lagos were burnt by restive youths. Who would go and invest in such an environment? Nobody it is just common sense.
He warned the youths to be of good conduct if they must get jobs in the country as a peaceful nation would attract investors in the country.
“Youths should behave themselves make Nigeria secure and they will get jobs because Nobody can invest in an unsecured environment,” he said.
Meanwhile, he has also said he has given the police and Armed Forces order to be ruthless with bandits and vandals terrorizing across the country.
“Problem in the north-west; you have people over there stealing each other’s cattle and burning each other’s villages. As I said, we are going to treat them in the language they understand.
“We have given the police and the military the power to be ruthless. You watch it in a few weeks’ time there will be a difference.
”Because we told them if we keep people away from their farms, we are going to starve. And the government can’t control the public.
“If you allow hunger, the government is going to be in trouble and we don’t want to be in trouble. We are already in enough trouble. So we warn them sooner than later you’ll see the difference,” he assured.
