Wooyoung released his debut studio album 13:59 along with the band 14:00 on November 10, 2009. The album reached #1 on the Gaon Music Chart and sold over 110,000 copies in Korea.

Personal trainer

Wooyoung trains regularly. He has the best stamina of any band member and while he was shooting for the cover of Men’s Health , the magazine’s editor described him as “The Tenacious Man” because while “other models usually train before shooting, Wooyoung trained with the 3- 4 times the intensity of other previous models.”
