Why Ronaldo shunned Coco-Cola for bottle water
Ronaldo is no argument one of the players that are serious with their health, if not the most: recently the Portugal superstar was dead serious in his disdain for the soda drink – likely to the dismay of tournament organizers.

In the shocking video, Cristiano Ronaldo removed two Coca-Cola bottles from the table in front of him at his pre-match Euro 2020 press conference on Monday. While he did that he held up a bottle of water to the room and declaring people should drink water instead.
More so, for a dramatic effect, he rolled his eyes and said with borderline disgust, “Coca-Cola”.
The brand is a credible official sponsor of the tournament, but clearly, Ronaldo is not a believer in the health downsides relative to water.
Ronaldo has set fitness benchmarks in the sporting world and was quickly irritated seeing the two bottles in front of him and immediately got them out of his sight and instead asked everyone to drink water.
I believed, he was just complimenting the popular knowledge that water is good all time, especially when dehydrated.
Ronaldo is known to start his days with ham and cheese and a side of yogurt for breakfast. When he gets hungry a little later in the day, the 35-year-old likes to snack on avocado toast.
