Zakari Mohammed Sada has been chosen by Vitafoam Nigeria Plc’s board of directors to serve as a non-executive director of the organization.
Lekan Sanni, the corporate secretary, attested to declarations stating that the appointment is effective as of November 16, 2022.
The board of Vitafoam expressed confidence that Zakari’s abundance of experience in areas including corporate planning and strategy, administration, and financial and regulatory advising will be extremely beneficial to the business.
At the Kaduna State Health Management Board, where he started his work in the public sector, Sada was an accountant. Later, he made forays into consulting, auditing, and finally banking.
His banking career lasted 17 years at Habib Nigeria Bank Limited, where he held a number of top management positions before progressing to executive director and gaining knowledge of financial and business consultancy services.

Sada served as Penman Pensions Limited’s former managing director/CEO and as a commissioner for the Northwest Zone Fiscal Responsibility Commission. He is currently Sada Idris and Co.’s practice chairman.
Sada holds fellowships from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FTIC), and the Chartered Institute of Pension of Nigeria. He also graduated from the Management Development Program at the Harvard Business School in Boston.
Zakari graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Kaduna State, with a Bachelor of Science degree and first-class honors. He also has experience in banking operations, administration, and regulatory matters.
