He usually works out at the gym 4 days a week. However, it can change if he has a busy schedule. He trains each body part only once a week. However, he works his abs twice a week and trains his calves every third day. For individual body parts, he alternates between heavy and less heavy days in the gym. More than a dozen exercises are usually performed in each training session. You can find his general training plan here.
When it comes to nutrition, he’s well aware of the fuel that keeps his body running. So he tries to eat high-protein meals. But he also believes his success lies in how he handles his cheating meals. Vince makes sure he satisfies his cravings for one cheating meal instead of consuming it in small amounts almost daily. If he has carbs, he makes sure he eats as much as he can.
