Veteran Nollywood Actress, Iyabo Oko passes on

Veteran Nollywood Actress Sidikat Odunkanwi, popularly known as Iyabo Oko is dead, aged 61.

The news comes, barely weeks after Yoruba Nollywood actor, Murphy Afolabi and his counterpart, Prince Adewale Adeyemo also died.

Disclosing the news of Iyabo Oko’s death, was her daughter via her Instagram account, who revealed that the famous yoruba actress who battled an undisclosed ailment died on Wednesday.

Although, the details around the cause of her death are yet to be revealed as at the time of filing this report, One of her daughter Bisi Aisha, confirmed the news of her death.

Also sharing the dead actress’s pictures on her Facebook page, Actress Iyabo Ojo wrote “Nollywood mourns. Veteran actress Iyabo Oko is dead.
