Personal trainer
He cares a lot about his diet. Like most of us, he also gets hungry and the urge to eat junk food. But the difference is that we eat it and he doesn’t.
He swaps the junk food for vegetables. He doesn’t know much except how to cook scrambled eggs. He is therefore dependent on healthy food from the restaurants.
Bolt’s typical diet looks something like this:
- Breakfast – Ackee and Saltfish (traditional Jamaican dish) with dumplings, yellow yam, potato and boiled banana
- Lunch – pasta and chicken breast
- Dinner – rice and peas with pork
It’s not hard to reach a level of fitness like Bolt’s if you’re not already athletic. Check out this workout sample on Details.com and Men’s Health.
