Early Life
Trish Stratus aka Patricia Anne Stratigias was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and attended Bayview Secondary School in Richmond Hill, Ontario. She enrolled at York University, where she played field hockey and soccer while also studying biology and kinesiology.
She had to alter her plans in 1997 because of a faculty strike. She was asked by the publisher of MuscleMag International to take part in a test shoot for the magazine when she was employed as a receptionist at a nearby gym.
Trish Stratus was eventually hired to a two-year contract and made her cover debut in the May 1998 edition. She worked on her body for the following six months and made multiple magazine covers. She then became the third host of Live Audio Wrestling on Toronto Sports Radio, The FAN 590, alongside Big Daddy Donnie & Jeff Marek.

Personal Life
Stratus wed Ron Frisco, her high school boyfriend, and partner of 14 years, in September 2006. Numerous of her WWE friends attended the wedding, and her bridal gown was featured on the cover of the magazine “Today’s Bride.”
Stratus was supposed to go on her honeymoon, but she received a call asking her to join the cast of “Armed & Famous,” so she skipped it to film. Stratus and Frisco had a child together in 2013, and then in 2017, they had a girl.
