1. Carter
A man encounters a band of foreigners one day when he wakes up in a motel room. His life turns around when he is sent on a lifetime mission. The movie features South Korean movie stars like Joo Won (Bridal Mask and Good Doctor star), Lee Sung Jae, and Kim Bo Min. Carter is the best and latest action movie of 2022. A hard-working, blue-collar dad just wants to provide a good life for his quick-witted 10-year-old daughter. His mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income which is hunting and killing vampires.
Bud Jablonski (Jamie Foxx) is a pool cleaner with a peculiar side job, a vampire hunter. As he kills an older female and an adolescent male vampire at a house where he supposedly gets hired to clean the pool, he harvests their fangs as if they’re worth good money.
A lower-level criminal vampire named Sasha is seen being tortured by Audrey San Fernando (Karla Souza), who is also revealed to be a vampire and claims to have “big plans” with the Los Angeles area and its vampire population. The camera pans to a sign by a development project, revealing her to be a rich and powerful real estate magnate.
3. The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure
This is a remake/sequel to the 2014 movie. The movie sees a presumed “good bandit” and his troop stuck in the middle of the ocean when captain Hae-rang comes to their rescue with her crew. The two groups form an alliance when they stumble upon a map of a lost royal treasure and resolve to find it.
The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure is a 2022 South Korean period adventure film directed by Kim Jeong-hoon and starring Kang Ha-Seul and Han Hyo-Joo. A spiritual sequel to the 2014 film The Pirates, the film is about the adventures of pirates who gather in the sea and search for the royal treasures that have disappeared without a trace.

Interceptor is a 2022 action drama film directed by Matthew Reilly from a screenplay that he co-wrote with Stuart Beattie. The film stars Elsa Pataky and Luke Bracey. It is about terrorists who want to launch a nuclear attack on the United States with stolen missiles. When the terrorists attack a remote offshore missile interceptor platform that could stop their missiles, an officer (Pataky) defends the facility with courage and resourcefulness.

Fistful of Vengeance is a 2022 American supernatural action thriller film directed by Roel Reine and written by Cameron Litvack, Jessica Chou and Yalun Tu. When a skilled assassin, Kai, pursues a killer in Bangkok, a revenge mission turns into a war to defend the world from an ancient menace.
The film serves as a follow-up to the first season of the television series Wu Assassins and stars Iko Uwais, Lewis Tan, Lawrence Kao, JuJu Chan, Pearl Thusi, Francesca Corney, Jason Tobin, Ratha Phongam and Simon Kuke. The film was released worldwide on February 17, 2022, on Netflix.

The Gray Man is a 2022 American action thriller film directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, from a screenplay the latter co-wrote with Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, based on the 2009 novel of the same name by Mark Greaney. Black Crab is a 2022 Swedish action thriller film directed by Adam Berg, and written by Adam Berg and Pelle Radstrom. It stars Noomi Rapace, Aliette Opheim and Dar Salim. It is about a speed skater (Rapace) conscripted to join a team of soldiers for a dangerous mission to skate across sea ice behind enemy lines. The team is tasked with delivering a secret package to an island research base, which they are told could end the war.
10. EK Villian Returns
Ek Villain Returns is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language psychological thriller film written and directed by Mohit Suri, being a spiritual successor to his 2014 film Ek Villain, produced by T-Series and Balaji Motion Pictures. It stars John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria. The film was released theatrically on 29 July 2022 and opened to mixed reviews from critics.
