Tony Joiner is a former captain of the University of Florida football team. He had been team captain for the Florida Gator from 2007 to 2009. He later played 47 games for the team which made him exceptional during his junior and senior years. In 2006, he became the key player for the national championship team.

Sadly, his career came to a halt after he was arrested and charged with second degree murder for the murder of Heyzel Obando in 2016.
