The controversial actress took to her Instagram page to confirm and clarify the whole situation after many people were doubting if Tonto Dikeh was the one that truly made the statement or if it was made up by another person to spite
Conforming the entire situation in a now-deleted post she stated that the recording was a private conversation that was illegally recorded by Prince Kpokpogri and has nothing to do with the recent. She further noted that those trying to blackmail her will be brought to justice.
Her words: “My Dearest Fans, The illegally Recorded and leaked Voice recording of a private conversation by prince kpokpogri making round was in the past and has absolutely nothing to do with the recent. I appreciate your Sincere concern, I am doing perfectly ok and in One piece! Be rest assured that every BLACKMAILER will be brought to JUSTICE, it;s te Law and I am at peace knowing the Law will take its course. However, in another leaked audio, the actress was heard saying she would have killed her ex-husband Olakunle Churchhill if they were not divorced.
Recall that Tonto Dikeh and Churchill got divorced in 2017, following a series of heated quarrels and “irreconcilable” differences. The duo has been in a protracted feud since they ended their short-lived marriage.
The audio obtained by Sahara reporters shows Tonto Dikeh threatening to kill Churchill with rat poison if they were still married. The audio has been alleged to be the voice of Tonto and not that of a different person.
