Personal trainer
Numerous football pundits and world-class coaches have described Kroos as a “complete midfielder” or someone who has the potential to be more than just a playmaker for his side. Ultimately, these statements lead to the question, “Is Toni so good because he works hard, or is it just his natural talent?” Our answer is BOTH. There is no doubt that the Germany international is talented but he works very hard even in the off-season.
Toni also takes care of his nutrition. His meals consist mainly of high-protein and high-carbohydrate foods. It’s worth noting that he rarely eats junk food and completely avoids it during the season.
