1. Chris Carney (2009-2015) – Tiffany was engaged to a probation officer and lead singer of the band The Prom KingsChris Carney in December 2009. They married in November 2011 at Hot Springs National Park. Tiffany’s singer Demi Lovato served as bridesmaid at the wedding. In August 2012, she gave birth to their son, Kenneth James Carney. About a year later, she took to Twitter to announce her second pregnancy. In May 2014, they welcomed their second son, Bentley Clash. Shortly after Bentley was born, they had to deal with marital problems. He accused her of kidnapping their children, while sources close to her claimed she left because of his alcoholism. In September, it was announced that they had reconciled and found themselves back together. However, their relationship sadly ended when Chris died in a car accident.

Tiffany’s favorite method of training is going out for long walks with her lap dogs. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t hit the gym, though. She regularly does cardio at the gym at her apartment complex. Her cardio workout is 10 minutes on the elliptical, followed by 10 minutes on the treadmill and ending with 10 minutes on the stairclimber.

She supplements her cardio with circuit training, where she performs a series of exercises with only a minute’s rest in between. She relies on swimming for a fun workout activity.

When it comes to diet, Tiffany doesn’t believe in turning down food immediately. She loves her southern food. So she tries to actively balance her diet with portion control. She makes sure she eats lots of fruits and vegetables.
