“They Tried to Kidnap Me!” – Portable Alleges Shocking Incident at First Bank

Street-hop singer Portable has raised alarm over an alleged attempted abduction at a First Bank branch, claiming he was tracked and nearly kidnapped during a recent visit to the bank.

In a now-viral video, the controversial artist said the incident occurred while he was trying to sort out issues with his account. According to Portable, he went to the bank to complain, only to be confronted by unidentified individuals whose intentions, he suggests, were sinister.

“All I did was complain. As a customer, I should be heard,” he said. He also insisted he has nothing to do with internet fraud, stressing that his account—which he claimed holds over ₦400 billion—is strictly for business.

Portable’s outburst comes in the wake of an ongoing social media storm involving critic VeryDarkMan and GTBank, sparking speculation about growing tensions between celebrities and major financial institutions.
