Elon Musk was born on June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa. His mother, Maye Musk is a Canadian model and dietitian, while his father Errol Musk, is a South African electromechanical engineer and pilot, who once owned half of the Zambian emerald mine near Lake Tanganyika.

He was the oldest child of the family with two other siblings, Kimbal Musk, a venture capitalist and a south African restauranteur, and Tosca Musk an award-winning movie producer and director. The Family got broken in 1980 after the parents got divorced. Elon lived primarily with his father, whom he describes as “a terrible human being, almost every evil thing you could possibly think of, he has done.”

The entrepreneur revealed that he had a terrible upbringing and a lot of adversity growing up due to his sour relationship with his father and his experience as a bullied child, Detailing his experience in one of his books he wrote: “They got my best friend to lure me out of hiding so they could beat me up. And that hurt,” Musk said. “For some reason, they decided that I was it, and they were going to go after me nonstop. That’s what made growing up difficult. For a number of years, there was no respite. You get chased around by gangs at school who tried to beat the (expletive) out of me, and then I’d come home, and it would just be awful there as well.” “I had a terrible upbringing. I had a lot of adversity growing up.

Elon Musk began his education at the Waterkloof House Preparatory School, r in South Africa. He, however, furthered his education at the Bryanston High School before graduating from Pretoria Boys High School.

For his tertiary education, he attended the University of Pretoria for five months but moved to Canada in 1989 to avoid mandatory service in the South African military. In 1990, he entered Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Two years later, he transferred to the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in physics.

n 1995, he was accepted to a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in materials science at Stanford University in California. Musk attempted to get a job at Netscape but never received a response to his application. He dropped out of Stanford after two days, deciding instead to join the Internet boom and launch an Internet startup.

Justine Musk, née Justine Wilson, was Elon’s first wife, Elon Musk met his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson while attending Queen’s University and they got married in 2000. The couple welcomed their first son, Nevada Alexander Musk, in 2002, but lost him to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) at 10 weeks old.

The couple went on to have a set of twins Griffin and Xavier Musk in 2004 and a set of triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian Musk in 2006, a total of five children.

Elon and Justine split in 2008, with Justine telling Marie Claire in 2010 that her ex-husband thought of her as a “starter wife.”

Talulah Riley is the second wife they got engaged to Musk six weeks after he filed for divorce from Justine, going on to marry the mogul herself in 2010.

Riley has appeared in movies such as Pride and Prejudice, St. Trinian’s and its sequel, St. Trinian’s 2, The Boat That Rocked, and Inception. Riley starred as Angela in HBO’s science-fiction Western show Westworld.

Riley was raised in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, as the only child of Una Riley, the founder of a security systems company and a public relations firm, and Doug Milburn, the former head of the National Crime Squad.

The couple hit a rough patch in 2014 when they divorced at Elon’s request for the first time. The pair reconciled and remarried 18 months later only for Riley to file for divorce in 2016.

Elon Musk then moved on to Amber Heard, dating the actress in late 2016, shortly after the “Aquaman” star’s divorce from Johnny Depp.

Unfortunately, she and Musk split after just one year due to their intense schedules.

Musk went on to tell Rolling Stone in Nov. 2017 that the split was quite difficult for him, adding he was, “really in love, and it hurt bad.”

Grimes, is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and record producer. Grimes started dating Elon Musk. They connected on Twitter after realizing that they had both made the same pun about Rococo and the thinking experiment ‘Roko’s basilisk’.

In May 2020, Grimes gave birth to a baby boy. His name, according to Musk and Grimes, was “X A-12.”

Her music combines elements of several forms such as dream pop, electronic, R&B, and hip hop, as well as science fiction and feminist themes. She has five studio albums to her credit.

The kid was then given the name “X AE A-XII” Musk, with “X” as a first name, “AE A-XII” as a middle name, and “Musk” as a surname. Later, rumors circulated that the pair had broken up after nearly three years.

Grimes also revealed that their first child, Exa Dark Siderl Musk, nicknamed Y, was delivered via surrogate in December 2021. The name of his Daughter is Sideræl.

5. Natasha Bassett (Girlfriend)
