- Vernon Kay(2003-Present) – Tess married TV presenter and former model Vernon Kay at St. Mary’s Catholic Church near Bolton in September 2003. The following October she gave birth to their first daughter. They welcomed their second daughter in May 2009. Their marriage experienced a turbulent time in 2010 when Vernon was embroiled in two sexting scandals with topless model Rhian Sugden. He had to publicly apologize to Radio 1 to get their marriage back on track. In April 2016, their marriage was once again put under scrutiny after it was revealed that Vernon had contacted Rhian and asked her to meet him at a very discreet location. In messages to the media, he allegedly asked her to wear a wig to hide her identity. However, they managed to get through again. Personal trainer
Tess Daly relies on yoga and Pilates to stay fit and toned. However, she doesn’t make it too regimented and tends to miss her workouts at times. She focuses on staying as active as possible without becoming obsessed with the fitness regime. Her house also has an exercise bike in the TV room so she can keep fit while watching TV.
Tess has hired Doug Robertson as her personal trainer to help her achieve her aesthetic goals. She also chose his Perfect Bum method to tone her hips and thighs and strengthen her pelvic muscles. She has completed the fabulous 10 week Pilates course to get the best results and she also enjoys swimming in her free time.
