Terry Jones (1 February 1942 – 21 January 2020) was a Welsh actor, director, comedian, screenwriter and historian from Colwyn Bay, Denbighshire, Wales. He was an active member of the Monty Python comedy troupe.
In addition, he used innovative one-liners. Terry passed out of Oxford University with a degree in English. In college, he met a good friend, Michael Palin. The two collaborated professionally for comedy shows like The Frost Report and Do Not Adjust Your Set.
Terry is the co-writer and creator of the anthology television series Ripping Yarns. On the other hand, he wrote a first draft of the movie Labyrinth. However, he faced health problems of primary progressive aphasia in 2015. Jones was unable to speak or learn the lines from him.
Therefore, he retired from show business and started awareness programs. By April 2017, he had stayed away from the interview; he couldn’t speak a line. He was found dead at his north London home on January 21, 2020.

Terence Graham Parry Jones was born on the 1st of February 1942 ( age 77 years old, as on 2019 ) in Colwyn Bay. He was the son of his father Alick George Parry-Jones (bank employee) and his mother Dilys Louisa Newnes (housewife). His father stationed in India for his RAF duties.
He moved to Surrey, England with his father and mother. Terry joined Esher COE Elementary School. Furthermore, he completed his earlier education at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford.
He was school captain (1960-61) academic year. Jones finished her BA in English at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.

He married his first wife Alison Telfer in 1970 and later divorced in 2012. Also, the couple was in an open marriage relationship. Terry Jones shared two children, Bill and Sally Jones, with his former partner.
Subsequently, he indulged in a love affair with Anna Soderstrom for five years. In 2012, the two got married. They also have a daughter, Siri Jones (born 2009).
