- Lorenzo Mingus – Terry Hollands was previously married to a woman named Lorenzo Mingus (who changed her name to Lorenzo Roberts). However, there is a lack of information about his personal life, making it difficult for us to pinpoint the timeline of their relationship. The only evidence of their marriage is a tweet he sent out in January 2013. According to his Instagram posts, he appears to be the father of a baby boy named Zach who was born in October 2015. When Zach was born, Lorenzo and Terry were dating. So it’s safe to assume they broke up shortly thereafter as his pictures with his current girlfriend have been around since 2016.

Personal trainer
Terry Hollands is very particular about his workout routine and often hits the gym six days a week. He has three training days a week and three training sessions. Overall, he prefers 3 to 5 reps performed over 3 to 5 sets for a given exercise.
When it comes to his diet, he prefers to consume around 6,000 to 8,000 calories a day. However, since it’s quite difficult to reach that number by relying solely on a clean diet, he tries to bridge the deficit by eating lots of protein shakes. Also, when preparing shakes, he makes sure to use a minimum of water so he doesn’t fill up quickly.
