1. Giraffe – 20 feet
The giraffe is the tallest animal in the world given that it can measure up to 6 meters and 20 feet. Naturally, the habitat of the giraffe includes various regions all over Sub-Saharan Africa. 2. African Elephant – 13 feet
The African Elephant is the world’s second tallest animal with a height of about 4 meters and 13 feet. And its natural home is the Southern half of the African continent. Importantly, the African Elephant is not to be confused with any other elephant as heights can vary.
3. Siberian Tiger / Amur Tiger – 12 feet
The third tallest animal in the world is the rare Siberian Tiger specie. It is considered the tallest of all cats with a height of up to 3.7 meters and 12 feet. 4. Liger – 11.8 feet
Ligers are usually produced from the mating of a male lion and a female tiger. And they can grow to be almost as tall as a Siberian Tiger, making them one of the tallest animals in the world with a height of 11.8 feet. They are usually found in zoos and or safari parks.
5. Polar Bear – 11.5 feet
Truly, Bears are generally part of the tallest animals in the world but the Polar Bear is the tallest of them all, thereby securing it the 5th spot on the list of the tallest animals in the world. It measures up to 3.5 meters and 11.5 feet. They can be exclusively found within the Arctic Circle including parts of Canada and Russia.
6. Asian Elephant – 11.3 feet
The Asian Elephants are one of the tallest animals taking a spot under the African elephants at almost 3 and a half meters and 11 feet.

7. Bengal Tiger – 10.5 feet
Securing the 7th spot on the list of the tallest animals in the world is the Bengal Tiger. It comes under the Siberian Tiger at about 3.1 meters and 10.5 feet.
8. Moose – 10.2 feet
A Moose can grow up to like 3 meters and 10.2 feet, making it one of the tallest animals in the world.
9. Ostrich – 10 feet
Ostriches are most popular for their long necks and incredible height. They can grow up to 2.8 meters and 9.2 feet. This has substantially placed them on the list of the tallest animals in the world, and it can be attested that it is truly deserving.
