Suzy Welch is an American television personality, business journalist and lecturer. However, she came to prominence for writing several books. It includes the New York Times bestseller ’10-10-10: A Life Transforming Idea’ in 2009. She is widowed as mentioned earlier, she was married to the late businessman Jack Welch. Sadly, her husband passed away on March 1, 2020 due to kidney failure. He was also an American business executive, chemical engineer, and writer. From 1981 to 2001, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric (GE). He received a $417 million severance package from GE when he stepped down, the highest payout in the company’s history.

The couple married in 2004 after dating for years when they first met in October 2001. According to reports, she is the mother of four adult children from her previous marriage. On the other hand, her late husband had married twice before with Carolyn B. Osburn (1959-1987) and Jane Beasley (1989-2003).
